Dr. Galloway received her BA from Nebraska State Teacher’s College, her MA from West Texas State University, and her PhD from Texas Tech. After finishing her PhD in 1972, she began work at Missouri Western until her retirement in 1987.

 

She was married to Dr. Leo Galloway, Missouri Western professor of Biology who preceded her in death in 2012. They were avid birders and conservationists.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Dr. Leo Galloway Biology Scholarship Fund, in care of MWSU Foundation.
