Jennifer Heater, a technical communications major, has had her article "Words or Visuals: Which Speaks Louder?" published in XChanges, an online journal of undergraduate and
graduate student research published by the New Mexico Institute of
Mining and Technology.
Jennifer's article began as a research project in
Dr. Adkins' ETC 421 class and suggests how an understanding of visual
semiotics can help technical communicators.
