Dr. Marianne Kunkel’s book, Hillary, Made Up (Stephen F. Austin State University Press), was a
finalist for the University of Central Arkansas’ Phillip H. McMath
Post-Publication Book Award.
Dr. Stacia Bensyl presented a paper at the Japan Studies
Association conference in January titled “Amazing Grace: Humanity in Endo
Sushaku’s The Samurai.”
