Dr. Kay Siebler, professor of English, is presenting the paper "'You're a Buck Nutty, Liberal, Feminist Woman': Being an Out Activist Teacher in Rural U.S." at the international Gender and Education Association conference in New Castle, Australia on December 8. Kay was also recently elected chair of the Human Rights Commission in St. Joseph, MO.
