Chinese New Year Festival!

 
 
 

Students from our Chinese classes will introduce Chinese legends and traditions about the festival with song and poetry, and members of St. Joseph's Chinese community will play folk music using traditional instruments. 

Participate in the following activities at different stations in Blum 218:
--- paper cutting
--- Chinese calligraphy with brushes and writing your name in Chinese
--- lantern riddles (Taboos T or F ) and participating in making paper lanterns
--- using chopsticks
--- Dumpling making
--- Tea culture (Different culture in serving Green tea and Black tea)
--- puppetry
--- folk art
